The Wisconsin Alliance of Artists and Craftspeople has canceled the 41st annual Art Fair Off the Square.
The Wisconsin Alliance of Artists and Craftspeople, Inc. (WAAC) board of directors voted to cancel the Art Fair Off the Square after much discussion about the challenging and evolving impacts of COVID-19. Canceling was a difficult choice, but health and safety was the main concern.
There are no plans to reschedule this year, but we are looking forward to welcoming our patrons and artists back to the Art Fair Off the Square returning on July 10 and 11, 2021. Artists will be receiving full booth fees refunds, but lose the opportunity to sell to art buyers that support Wisconsin artists and buy local each summer at this show.
We are currently preparing to hold our 31st annual Winter Art Fair Off the Square featuring 135 Wisconsin artists scheduled at Monona Terrace Convention and Community Center on Nov. 14 and 15, 2020. The two-day event showcases Wisconsin artists and craftspeople exclusively.
