	The Art Fair Off the Square was honored to have Professor Emeritus Phil Hamilton serve as Artists' Awards Judge. Phil comes to us from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Art, having taught there from 1964-2004. He was the Chair of the Graphic Design department, as well as chairing both the Department of Art and the Graduate Studies Program.
