2004 Awards Judges
Rebecca Kasemeyer is the Director of Madison CitiARTS. Derrick Buisch is an Associate Professor of Art at The University of Wisconsin-Madison. Both received their undergraduate degrees from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.
