On that form, you will decide whether you want applications for either or both art fairs. Be sure to fill in the form one time only. By doing so, you can receive paper applications, when they are ready, or notification as to when they can to be downloaded from this Web site. (Either click 1 or 2 on the form, not both)Your name and address will remain on our mailing list until an application is returned by the U.S. Postal Service, you move out of state, or you notify us that you are no longer interested in receiving them.
