Phil (pictured at left with WAAC Executive Director, Beth Ann Hamilton, not related) comes to us from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Art, having taught there from 1964-2004. He was the Chair of the Graphic Design department, as well as chairing both the Department of Art and the Graduate Studies Program. |
